Inspired by the legendary Jose Gaspar, the upstanding citizens of Tampa turn to piracy every year, in search of plunder and beads and rum. Since its first invasion in 1904, Gasparilla has grown from a humble, horse drawn parade, into a monumental celebration of unparalleled piratyness. Gasparilla Spiced Rum will quench the thirst of the weariest pirates as they scour Tampa for booty, and is handcrafted locally by the Scallywags at the Tampa Bay Rum Company.
